Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." - John 14:6

Samael is a figure from Post-Christian Jewish Mythology. I am not aware of any Christian literature that utilizes that character, and if there were some it would not be remotely normative.

A much more interesting question to ask would be "Outside of Christian mythology Are Lucifer and Satan the same being" did the authors really talk to each other and intend to talk about the same individual.

Seems to me that the Devil, Beelzebub, Satan, Lucifer, the Prince of Persia, the Serpant etc, were all unique characters and antagonists until the twist ending in Revelation when we learn that all of them were the Dragon all along.

“Stop scratching your wings, Sam.” Amenadiel rolled his eyes and Michael next to him just made a scoffing “hmpf.”
“But I’m itchy,” the young one complained and continued to rub his back against a wall, not knowing that this would be his method to get rid of old feathers many millennia later when he was banned.
“I know, we all were at this point but scratching doesn’t help. It makes things worse. Use the lotion that Rafe made you.”
Samael crossed his arms in front of his chest and his wings flared out. Still downy, partly naked, not really impressive or threatening. “But that stuff smells like Dad’s worn robes. Or even worse, like Uriel's nappies. NOOO WAY.”

“How was he as a kid?” A question so innocent, so curious. “Have you even been children at some point?”
Amenadiel gulped. He knew Lucifer would never talk about that time. Not even to Chloe. But could he? He remembered those times. It had been so much easier back then.

The Detective threw a curious look at the bald angel. Amenadiel, like Lucifer, didn’t share his thoughts easily. She rolled her eyes.

Where should he begin? It wasn't like a short human childhood, their youth lasted hundreds and thousands of years. But seen in relation to being million years old, it was a short childhood.

“Sammy, come back here!” It was the same ritual every day, the broad, black angel played babysitter for his younger brother. Dark, curly hair with even darker eyes. A smile as bright as pure light, but the little one wasn’t as innocent as he looked. He had stolen Amenadiel’s fruits again. And why? Because he was bored. Samael wanted to have some fun with his brothers and sisters, but most of them were just too uptight. It wasn’t his thing to just pray to Father the whole day. Booooring. He loved to explore the Silver City and the surrounding gardens. He wasn’t allowed to, but who could stop him?

To begin, let us understand what in Kabbalah , in esotericism, we call an Aeon, an archetype. We have always stated that an Aeon is “a Master of the Day.” In Kabbalah , day is  יום Yom—this is a Hebrew word for day.

Every Sephirah is a Yom, a day. This is because an Aeon is a self-realized Monad, thus it is an entity, a divine entity, that channels the forces of the Ain Soph Aur—the Solar Absolute. That is why in the world of Briah (the world of creation) we find that the Archangel or the Aeon that is related with Geburah is the Logos Samael.

Samael is responsible for this present root-race, which is called the Aryan race or the race of the Gentiles as it is said in Kabbalah .

In the Book of Genesis, Moses explains in detail how the superior forces relate with the inferior forces. The book of Zohar ( Sepher ha Zohar , ספר הזהר, "Book of Splendor" which is Kabbalah ) explains the activities of Samael [סםאל] the Logos in the macrocosmos and in the microcosmos.

If we do not know about the positions of the Aeons of Briah in relation with the archetypes within Assiah, the Kabbalistic name for the human body, then we fall into confusion and misinterpretations.

Let us remember, that the name of God in the Sephirah Geburah in the world of Atziluth is Elohim Gibor, and in the world of Briah is Samael, the Logos, the Archangel that channels the world of Atziluth.
